Since upgrading to Sequoia 15.1.1, I’ve this curious downside that after many days or perhaps weeks of operation, neither Terminal nor iTerm2 will launch a shell when opening a brand new tab, window, or beginning the applying, it doesn’t matter what shell is configured in preferences. The window simply stays clean and doesn’t react to Ctrl-C or Ctrl-Z.

Moreover, I can not log off of the desktop. The purposes give up, however nothing additional occurs. When opening an app once more, I get offered with a popup informing me that logout was interrupted.
How can I determine what the issue is? To date I’ve all the time needed to reboot to repair the issue, typically pressure reboot as a result of aformentioned logout downside.
