Led by OpenNebula Programs, a Spanish open-source firm, the initiative intends to create a versatile infrastructure that connects many cloud suppliers. The preliminary rollout covers six EU member states: Croatia, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, and Spain.
